Hungerford 10 - 0 Wokingham & Emmbrook

Yes you've read it right TEN - NIL! Remember the days of the vidiprinter on BBC1 they would have spelt it out to ensure people that it's not a misprint.

New signing Paul Bedwell made his debut, replacing Mark McMeeking who was in training for a marathon, Wokingham must have thought they'd all run a marathon after this game though they were certainly shell shocked.

Ian Concannon will remember the day fondly as he scored 50% of the goals for Hungerford who were       6 -0 up within 25 minutes, Jamie Mills, Toby Clark, Jamie Gosling, Nick McCrae & Graham Edney also found the net as Hungerford equalled thier biggest wining margin in a competitive fixture, and start the defence of this cup in style.

18 - 0 against Division One East sides in two games - There seems to be a gap between divisions

Team

Dominic - Pulled off a good save in the 2nd half to show his concentration was still there despite having very little to do for 90% of the game
Pillsy - He seems to be fitting in well to right back, not scared of putting in an early cross
Jim Bob - Solid and was laying the ball off more rather than trying the hollywood pass.
Tobs - Finally scored albeit off a deflection, hopefully will encorage him to shoot from the edge of the box  more oftern.
Macca - As ever calm at the back and is also a danger in the oppostion box from set plays a nice additon to his game this season
Bedders - Good debut, will find more out about him in the coming weeks though.
Edders - switched from wing to wing and up front also his touch gives him time and he played some intelligent balls
Millsy - Great opening goal to set the mood, another intelligent game rarely wasting the ball
Gosser - The thorn in Wokinghams side, Conners must love Jamie for all those chances he creates
Conners - His best game for Hungerford fitness and form now there and goals going in
Fitch - A frustrating afternoon for Fitch, often took a touch too many and wanted to beat players more than once.

SUBS
Brusier - If Wokingham were flagging the last thnig you need to see is Luke coming off the bench
Thommo - Nice game to return into, for a defender
Shandy - Will be disapointed as he could have caused real problems but failed to have much impact in his 25 mins
0 total marks.
